Terms and conditions for companies entering The Olive Awards

To be eligible to enter The Olive Awards:

• Companies must either be a Limited company or PLC
• Company registration number must be submitted when entering the awards
• Companies must have traded within the health and wellness sector for a minimum of 12 months
• Companies must either provide a service to, or supply to businesses within the health and wellness industry
• Companies must have a minimum of five full time employees or five full time equivalents
• Companies with multiple sites have a choice to enter the whole company as one entry or to enter each site individually. If entering each one individually, an administration fee will apply per site entry
• The information provided during registration is honest and accurate
• Communicating the Awards process to their staff in a professional and fair manner
• A member of The Olive Awards team will validate each company entry
• A minimum number of employees are required to complete the on-line questionnaire depending on the size of the company. If the company fail to meet the minimum requirement of employee completed questionnaires, their entry will not be included in the overall awards. In this event, there will be no refund available
• The results of The Olive Awards will be based solely on the results of the employee questionnaires other than in the event of a draw. * An additional questionnaire will be completed by the nominated owner / director which will determine the final ranking
• Each question will relate to a score and these scores will be accumulated for each company to give an overall rating
• Each company will receive a report which shows the overall results of the awards plus a breakdown per category
• All information provided by the employees will remain confidential and will not be shared with the company or any other company
• Company results will be used to compile an overall industry wide data report
• The top 50 companies will be named in the 'Exceptional Employers – The Top 50' report
• Individual company results will be released solely to that company and will not be shared with other companies or the media
• The results of The Olive Awards will be officially announced at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 5th February 2009. The administration fee must be paid in full before employees are allowed access to the on-line questionnaire.

Small company: 5–24 employees @ £ 99

Medium company: 25-49 employees @ £199

Large company: 50+ employees @ £299
